We believe that you are not a fraudster but there are some people who make fake refund requests. Keeping those people in mind, some rules for Return/Refund or Replacement have been made, please follow them.
Order Cancellation – You can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing the order, after that the order will not be canceled under any circumstances.
If you have placed a duplicate order by mistake, then only in this case any one order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded to the account (UPI, Wallet, Credit & Debit Card) used by you for payment.
For Return/Refund or Replacement Customer has to make Unboxing / Unpacking Video (Mandatory)
Photograph will not be accepted as proof and no Return, Refund and Replacement will be given on the basis of photographs. Unboxing / Unpacking Video is required for Damaged, Missing, Rotten and Different plant received complaint.
Be sure to make an unboxing video of the parcel to receive the return. Video should be created without any Pause, Editing, Retakes or Cuts.
Guidelines for Unboxing/ Unpacking Video
- The video must be made without any editing, pause, cuts or retakes.
- Before opening the packet/box/courier, show it from all sides in the video that the packet/box/courier is not opened or tempered from any side.
- Make sure to show every plant in the video so that the current status of the plant can be known. Also, count every plant at the same time, so that you can know how many plants have reached you.
Important Terms
By Return and Replacement, we mean giving Refund under below circumstances –
- In case of receipt of damaged, defective or missing units of plants, please report the same to us within 24 hours of receipt of the products/courier. Any return, refund or replacement request will not be accepted after 24 hours.
- The request will, however, be entertained once we checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products/courier. No complaint will be accepted after 24 hours from the time of receipt of courier.
- If any of the plants ordered in the delivery box is damaged, missing, rotten, or if any other plant is sent in place of the ordered plant, a coupon code for the value of the missing or rotten plant will be issued in the form of return, refund and replacement. You can use it to get discount on your next order.
- Some leaves of the plant may break on the way, which will not cause any significant damage to the plant. In such a situation no return, refund and replacement will be given, only if the plant is completely broken or rotted the value of the plant will be given in the form of return, refund and replacement.
- Delivery charge will not be refunded, only the cost of the plant shown in the bill will be refunded. If any discount was given at the time of checkout, then the value of the plant will be refunded after deducting the same.
- If you want to replace the plant you have purchased and it is as per your order, in this case no return or replacement will be given. In such a situation, neither the plant will be changed, nor the new plant will be given, neither return nor refund will be given.
- No return, replacement or refund will be given if courier is not delivered or delivery is delayed due to non-availability of customer or non-pickup of phone or incorrect address or phone number.
Note: Some leaves of the plant may break during shipping. This will not cause any harm to the plant. Therefore, there will be no refund or replacement of the plant due to the breakdown of some leaves.
